Terms of Trial Agreement:

  1. The trial offer is total at the discretion of HOTAV Ltd and may withdraw the offer of the trial at any time and recover the equipment.
  2. The trial shall commence on a date agreed between HOTAV Ltd and the Customer and shall continue for a maximum of one month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. At its sole discretion, at the completion of the trial HOTAV Ltd may offer the Customer the opportunity to enter into a 12 month agreement.
  4. The Equipment shall at all times remain the property of HOTAV Ltd and title shall not pass to the Customer.
  5. The Customer will insure the equipment for the trial period or until such time as the equipment is returned and is fully liable for loss or damage.
  6. The Customer agrees to replace at its own cost any lost or damaged accessories or cables associated with the equipment on trial with the Customer.
  7. The Customer agrees to provide HOTAV Ltd with meter readings when requested to do so within 24 hours of the request.
  8. Following the completion date of the trial use of the equipment will be chargeable at the standard rate of £19.50 per hour unless otherwise specified by HOTAV Ltd in writing. The standard minimum charge is £99.00 per month inclusive of any trial period.
  9. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from date of invoice.
  10. English Law shall Govern this agreement.
